On behalf of the Organising Committee of the International Conference of Racing Analysts and Veterinarians (ICRAV),
it gives me a great pleasure to invite you to attend the seventeenth biennial meeting to be held in Antalya,
Turkey, from 11 th to 17th October 2008.
ICRAV is conducted by the non-profit making organisations, the Association of Official Racing Chemists (AORC) and the International Group of Specialist Racing Veterinarians (IGSRV) whose charters are to provide scientific support to the world’s racing authorities.
The Conference provides joint sessions and open discussion forums of interest to all delegates; administrators, analysts, veterinarians and medical officers. In addition, separate sessions are held to cover the three major streams – Analytical, Veterinary and Medical.
ICRAV is a unique opportunity to meet with industry representatives from many countries throughout the world and discuss the challenges facing the racing industry. Only through discussion and collaboration between administrators, veterinarians, analysts and medical officers can we hope to address these challenges in an effective manner.
